This is wonderful, thank you. I noticed yesterday how much later the sun was setting compared to just a week or two away. I love the idea of setting an intention to just be present and notice that more often, taking a moment during even the busiest days to stop and notice the sunset/sunrise.
Thank you, Louise. It’s just amazing how the light shifts and changes as the days grow longer. In Sweden, February is the most noticeable month of the year. So everything is starting to happen so fast now. The contrasts of the dark seasons and light seasons are so much more extreme in this Nordic country than the subtle changes of light in the southern US where I grew up. Living here has been such a gift. To literally watch the light wax and wane throughout the year. ✨
BEAUTIFUL words! 🤩 I have taken our ornaments off the Christmas tree today and packed some other holiday decorations away, just leaving out some green branches and red berries that dried beautifully and still remind me of winter. And of course the occasional straw stars and orange garlands are still decorating our door frames alongside beautiful birthday bouquets on the table that bring in some fresh spring energy (making me excited for what’s to come). The perfect mix of what is and what will be soon.
Yesterday, we had 15*C and wow were we feeling the seasonal shifts for the first time so strongly in our bones.
I also have no clue of 2025 yes but feeling a word and some ideas bubbling up. Looking forward to read what’s unfolding for you in the coming weeks! Xx
I love how hopeful this perspective is. Interestingly too, I did notice a shift of energy this week and when you mentioned the new moon, which is today (Wednesday), it reminded me of this shift that I'd become aware of right around Monday morning.
Beautiful Liz. I really love Kate Ruby's voice. I didn't realise she'd written a song about candlemas.
Thanks, Claire. I stumbled upon the song just a few weeks ago and I think it is so perfect for this season. ❤️

Yes change does knock us of our feet and threatens us I agree
True nothing lasts
Soak it all in
Totally agree
Love this so much
Thanks so much for being here Steph. So glad some of this resonated with you. 💫
